There are lots of healthy and baby friendly foods, but some of them are best.
Squash:
it is an excellent source of vitamin A and C. It is sweet and creamy.

The lentils crammed with protein and fiber is a powerful and cheap nutrition for your child.
Dark Green leafy vegetables:
It boast a high amount of iron and folate. Spinach is considered best of this group
Broccoli:
It is well known for its cancer fighting properties and contains fiber and calcium.
Yogurt :
Yogurt is one of best food for your kid as it contains a high quantity of calcium and vitamin D
(Note: For infants there is no alternative of mother's milk)
