Rules for Kid's Eating

Kids are the blessing of God. Good nutrition habits are very important for their growth and development. If you want your kids to be healthy and efficient, then, make some rules for their eating purpose.
 Some general rules are as follows:
1-At the time of the meal, the attention of your kids should be towards the meal than to other things like TV, toys, computer or other things.
2-Always appreciate and encourage your kid whenever he tries to eat by himself, but, remain neutral about the quantity of food that he is taking.
3-Give him something to eat every 3-4 hours, to enhance his appetite.
4-The duration of eating anything should not exceed 30 min, either, the child has taken very little.
5-Arrange the menu according to his age.
6-Discourage your child, if, he talk or play while eating something.
7-Always serve the new recipe in an organized and attractive way so that it appeals to him to eat.
